Applies to all information AM Lighting may obtain about a user while they use the amlighting.pro website.
This Policy sets out how personal data of amlighting.pro website users (the "Site") is processed and protected when using the Site's services. The data controller is AM Lighting (the "Operator"), registered address: 119331, Moscow, Prospekt Vernadskogo, 29.
When filling out forms on the Site (calculation request, quote request), the Operator may collect: name, company name, phone number and/or email address, city/region, and message text. The Site does not request any data beyond what the user voluntarily provides.
Personal data is processed with the user's consent, given when filling out a form on the Site and ticking the relevant checkbox, in accordance with applicable Russian data protection law (Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data").

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, or until the user withdraws consent.

The user may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, and may request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted, by emailing am.lighting@mail.ru.
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the Site functions correctly and to analyze traffic. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings — some features of the Site may then be unavailable.
